Solace (solace.health) Benefits Overview

Recruiting Specialists at Solace will conduct up to 14 Zoom screening calls daily with inbound candidates, primarily RNs, assessing eligibility and fit for the clinical hiring process. They will manage candidates' first impressions and make hiring decisions based on qualifications.

As an Executive Assistant, you will support the co-founders of Solace by managing various tasks, ensuring effective communication, and overseeing project details, while taking full ownership of your responsibilities. You will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Customer Experience, engaging with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

The Strategy and Operations Lead will drive growth initiatives, enhance clinical quality, and collaborate with leadership to improve operational strategies.
