Build and lead Solace’s performance creative organization for a large paid media program. The role owns creative testing frameworks, CPA improvement, analytics taxonomies, content libraries, UGC and branded production, brand guardrails, regulatory review systems, and cross-channel creative learning across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and YouTube. The manager will hire and mentor creative strategists, designers, editors, and operations staff while improving creative velocity, hit rates, and acquisition performance.

Provides high-trust administrative and operational support to founders and C-suite leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, executive communications, travel and expense management, confidential information handling, leadership cadence support, action tracking, and process improvement. The role serves as a liaison among executives, employees, partners, vendors, and stakeholders while anticipating needs and ensuring effective execution during periods of rapid change.

Own technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, using SQL, dashboards, and user behavior data to define metrics and optimize the user funnel and internal systems. Translate operational requirements into technical product specifications, align engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, launch features, and iterate based on performance data and feedback. The role emphasizes scalable systems, automation, quality, documentation, and measurable business outcomes.
