Provide legal and regulatory guidance on HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state healthcare rules. Advise cross-functional teams on compliance for products and operations, perform audits and monitoring, draft policies and training, review vendor agreements, support investigations and remediation, and monitor regulatory developments to improve the company compliance program.

Write and shape product content across onboarding, workflows, notifications, forms, and specialized audiences. Partner with design, product, and engineering from discovery through launch. Define content strategy, maintain product voice and standards, participate in research and critiques, and explore AI-assisted writing to improve clarity and user experience.

Edit short- and long-form video for paid acquisition, add motion graphics/typography/animation, create multiple creative variations, iterate using performance data, collaborate with marketing and design teams, and maintain fast, high-quality output while evolving brand and testing creative approaches.

Write compelling copy across paid acquisition, brand, lifecycle, partnerships, video, and social. Develop campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, headlines, and scripts. Collaborate with designers and marketers from concept to execution, iterate based on feedback and performance, and maintain Solace's brand voice.

Lead architecture and development of a production React Native mobile app. Build integrations with external APIs and SDKs, ensure performance and app store deployment, champion mobile CI/CD and testing, and mentor engineers while shipping features in a fast-paced startup.

Own conversion optimization across the patient funnel: design, launch, and analyze experiments in Webflow and Statsig; recruit and interview patients for qualitative insights; collaborate with product, design, data, and channel managers; maintain a prioritized CRO backlog; translate results into actionable recommendations to improve CTRs, booking rates, and show rates.

Lead conversion rate optimization across landing pages, intake flows, and pre-visit touchpoints. Design, run, and analyze experiments in Statsig and Webflow, conduct qualitative user research, collaborate with product/data/design/channel teams, maintain a prioritized CRO backlog, and translate findings into actionable improvements to increase CTRs, booking rates, and show rates.

Lead end-to-end video production and post workflows: plan and run shoots nationwide, manage crews/vendors/budgets, coordinate stakeholder feedback, track projects in Linear, and ensure delivery quality and specs while protecting sensitive subject stories.

Lead and coach a team of product designers while remaining hands-on. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and user experiences, establish design systems and standards, contribute to complex initiatives, and scale hiring and onboarding to strengthen design culture.

Lead and grow a 4–6 person data science team, set the roadmap, deliver marketplace forecasting and production ML (matching, scoring), embed data science cross-functionally, and establish modeling, experimentation, and monitoring best practices.

The Influencer Coordinator manages influencer outreach, campaign timelines, and communications to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
