Balances staffing, schedules, quality, customer requirements, productivity, and financial objectives while contributing approximately 20% hands-on engineering work. Drives process improvements, automation, training, documentation, escalation resolution, and cross-functional implementation efforts. The role requires extensive IP networking expertise, leadership experience, vendor platform knowledge, and approximately 10% travel across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Generates and qualifies leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, research, and relationship building. Identifies decision-makers, supports targeted sales campaigns, maintains sales activity records in Salesforce, monitors market trends, and improves lead-generation processes. Collaborates with Sales Managers to support revenue goals and requires strong communication, research, presentation, and CRM skills.

Leads discovery, strategy, validation, development, launch, and commercialization of new patient-facing healthcare technology products. Conducts market research, customer discovery, segmentation, competitive analysis, and business-case development to identify growth opportunities. Partners with Engineering, Product, executives, customers, and commercial teams to shape roadmaps, guide investment decisions, and strengthen product-management practices.

Define software architecture, design standards, and technical direction for healthcare solutions. Lead complex system designs, technology selection, cloud and integration architecture, performance, security, compliance, and governance. Partner with Product, Program Management, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to guide implementation. Establish architectural best practices, document technical decisions, mentor engineers, and support scalable microservices, event-driven, and cloud-based systems.
