Designs and maintains scalable enterprise data pipelines, models, and data products supporting analytics, reporting, Power BI, AI agents, and machine learning. The role implements layered data architectures, ensures data quality and performance, integrates data across platforms, troubleshoots pipeline issues, and collaborates with architects, analysts, and product owners. AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude are used to build AI-ready data solutions.

Prospect and qualify prospective students through inbound and outbound phone interactions, provide accurate information and high-quality customer service, and transfer qualified prospects to Admission Counselors. Maintain performance metrics, protect sensitive customer information, navigate multiple systems, and follow university policies while working remotely.

Leads the university’s information security architecture and engineering strategy, including cloud, network, application, endpoint, data, identity, and AI security. Directs modernization through zero trust, DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and AI-enabled security. Builds and manages security architecture and engineering teams, establishes enterprise reference architecture, oversees technology selection, develops strategic roadmaps and business cases, manages security initiatives, and advises executive leadership on emerging risks and AI security.

Serves as a strategic finance partner for AI, technology, transformation, and operational initiatives. Develops complex financial models, forecasts, business cases, scenario analyses, and investment evaluations; assesses costs, benefits, risks, and returns; monitors performance and benefit realization; supports contracts and vendor evaluations; and provides actionable recommendations to executive and cross-functional leaders.
