Leads Starlink’s global network interconnection strategy, including peering, transit, Internet exchange, caching, routing, redundancy, and capacity planning. Builds technical and commercial relationships with peering partners, evaluates connectivity opportunities, develops policies, and automates interconnection workflows. Collaborates with engineering and operations teams to improve routing performance, reliability, telemetry, incident response, and cost efficiency. Requires on-call availability, extended hours as needed, and 10–15% domestic and international travel.

Design and develop optical connectivity solutions for Starlink’s ground network infrastructure. Build and maintain lab and production test stations, create Python-based test automation, and support product qualification and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with ground and space networking teams to scale physical-layer infrastructure, optimize traffic flow, monitor optical system health, and improve reliability. The role requires optical network design, DWDM knowledge, test characterization, data analysis, and IP networking expertise.

Operate, expand, and optimize Starlink’s global network, including interconnections, colocation sites, POPs, capacity, reliability, and customer integrations. Build and manage a high-performing team, develop scalable account tools and metrics, oversee non-technical project delivery, ensure contract commitments are fulfilled, and drive customer onboarding, activation, revenue realization, retention, and growth. Serve as the primary post-signature customer interface while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing risks, championing customer feedback, and supporting complex government accounts.

Design, analyze, simulate, implement, test, and deploy embedded guidance, navigation, and control systems for Starlink satellites. Responsibilities include electromechanical, attitude, propulsion, fluid, and power controls; state estimation; hardware sizing and validation; high-fidelity simulation; production C++ software; firmware bring-up; and spacecraft performance monitoring. The role supports hardware development and ultimately operates deployed features in space.

Develop and maintain data infrastructure, metrics, software tools, and processes for evaluating Starlink’s network growth and performance. Lead investigations into network issues, automate metric aggregation and application issue detection, build data ingestion and ETL systems, apply analytics and machine learning, and fuse multiple data sources. The role collaborates closely with engineering teams and external partners in a dynamic environment.

Develop highly reliable, mission-critical software applications supporting SpaceX launch vehicle production, flight operations, and Starlink services. Responsibilities include designing and building applications, prototyping solutions, owning software product development, understanding user needs, and contributing to architecture, design, and code reviews. The role requires onsite work and may involve extended hours or weekends based on launch schedules.

Oversee 24/7, multi-outlet hospitality operations serving approximately 10,000 meals daily. Manage food quality, safety, menus, customer service standards, staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, performance evaluations, and financial activities. Owns enterprise Starlink backhaul accounts across Latin America from contract signature through onboarding, activation, payment, retention, and expansion. Responsibilities include monitoring account health, revenue, logistics, billing, tax, compliance, forecasting, customer reviews, and expansion opportunities. The role coordinates with engineering, support, finance, and operations, communicates with customers and partners, documents scalable processes, and helps shape regional backhaul operations. Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency and travel across Latin America are required.

Negotiate and manage global contracts for Starlink ground infrastructure (colocation, land leases, construction, maintenance, connectivity). Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, conduct vendor due diligence, monitor performance, mitigate risk (ITAR, export control, FAR), and develop contracting vehicles to scale network deployment.
