Facilitates IT demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and portfolio governance. Develops business cases, dashboards, scoring frameworks, capacity views, and executive decision materials. Administers demand lifecycles and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management workflows while coordinating compliance, risk, resource planning, and portfolio health activities. Partners with IT, business, PMO, project, and operational leaders to align initiatives with strategy, funding, capacity, and organizational priorities.

Serves as the technical subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems. Leads configuration, upgrades, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, compliance, auditing, and process improvement. Supports complex payroll processing, tax and regulatory filings, data analysis, internal controls, and workforce reporting. Partners with Finance, HR, IT, and operational leaders, while providing training, documentation, mentoring, and business continuity support. Requires strong knowledge of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and related organizational policies.
