Solve Revit-specific challenges (version compatibility, threading, performance), integrate with backend services (Azure ServiceBus), manage installers/updates, triage customer bugs, write tests, and collaborate with product and customer teams. Use AI-assisted dev tooling as part of the development workflow.

The Solutions Engineer - Electrical Specialist leads onboarding, technical deployment, and implementation for electrical contractors, ensuring success through configuration and integration with Stratus.

Manage a portfolio of 30–50 commercial mid-market SaaS accounts to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build executive relationships, deliver QBRs, forecast renewals in CRM, identify upsell opportunities, partner cross-functionally on onboarding and product feedback, and travel ~25–30% working US Eastern time.

Lead end-to-end AI and data product initiatives for B2B SaaS construction workflows: define problems, write specs/PRDs, partner with engineering/design, launch LLM/agentic AI features, productize messy construction data, and drive adoption tied to ARR, retention, and usage metrics.
