Lead GPO and IDN contract strategy, set pricing to drive sales and protect market share, and align cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to deliver strategic goals. Build enterprise customer relationships, use data for program value, lead negotiations, and develop pricing and contract initiatives to grow sustainability solutions.

Provide nationwide, field-based coverage for neurosurgical product sales and leave coverage. Educate OR staff on product use, conduct evaluations and demos, support territory planning and customer relationships, resolve product issues, and adhere to OR/OSHA/GMP regulations. Requires extensive overnight travel.

Partner with regional Sales Representatives to support and grow Stryker's Foot & Ankle business by covering surgical cases, managing inventory and sets, educating OR staff and clinicians on product use, identifying sales opportunities, and assisting with orders and customer relationships. Attend sales and professional meetings and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Promote and sell ENT products to healthcare customers, conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in OR and office settings, manage territory and sample inventory, build relationships with clinicians and staff, meet and exceed sales goals, and provide product support and training as needed.

Supervise Quality Technicians executing incoming, in-process, and final inspections; assign and balance daily workload; track and report quality and operational metrics; oversee inspection methods and sampling plans; lead MRB and non-conformance disposition; support audits and training; drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to improve processes.
