Lead workstreams on M&A and succession engagements for financial advisors and small-business owners. Build and review financial models, draft client deliverables, coordinate with deal advisors, mentor Associates, and ensure quality and project documentation while contributing to strategy, process improvements, and client-facing communication.

Provide project coordination and support for succession and organizational planning engagements: prepare Excel models, PowerPoint decks, memos, and contracts; manage project timelines and PM system updates; schedule client calls; perform compensation research; maintain documentation; and continuously learn technical subject matter to progress toward a client-facing consulting role.
