Lead and grow a Western U.S. enterprise sales organization for managed infrastructure, colocation, and cloud services. Combine hands-on selling in complex deals with coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, hiring, and cross-functional alignment to drive new business and account growth.

Leads technical discovery and solution design for complex enterprise opportunities throughout the pre-sales process. Partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable infrastructure, cloud, hosting, and managed services solutions. Presents architectures and recommendations, responds to proposals, evaluates risks and economics, addresses objections, and ensures effective implementation handoffs. Provides technical guidance to other Solution Engineers and improves standards, documentation, and solution quality.

Own and grow a portfolio of 250–300 enterprise accounts focused on retention and expansion. Build relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, execute renewals, monitor account health, create account plans, forecast pipeline, and partner with internal teams to align solutions and drive recurring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to acquire new customers and close complex, multi-solution deals. Build and manage pipeline, run prospecting through close, lead technical and business discovery, partner with engineering to design solutions, maintain forecasting and pipeline hygiene, and drive measurable revenue against quota.

Lead the vision, strategy, and architecture for observability and reliability platforms. Define SLOs/SLIs/SLAs, implement monitoring/alerting automation, lead incident response and post-incident analysis, evaluate tools, and mentor engineering teams to improve resilience, scalability, and reliability across multi-cloud environments.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex network incidents across routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and load balancing. Execute maintenance, migrations, and recovery efforts; lead root cause analysis, incident response, and post-incident reviews. Create/runbooks and mentor support staff while partnering with Engineering, Platform, and NOC to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
