Lead client-facing requirement gathering, data analysis, and solution delivery for life & annuity insurance implementations. Support delivery teams, resolve issues, coordinate QA and training, and maintain stakeholder communication to ensure timely, high-quality deployments and customer satisfaction.

Lead revenue operations strategy, own and operationalize the Ideal Customer Profile, build ICP-backed segmentation and scoring, design GTM workflows and automations across Salesforce/HubSpot and enrichment tools, create win/loss frameworks, and drive AI-enabled tooling and integrations to optimize pipeline and conversion.

Lead strategy and delivery for Sureify's external-facing API platform (including IRI DFA). Define roadmap, author API specs, engage carriers, represent Sureify in standards groups, evangelize the product, and partner with engineering, sales, and professional services to build a scalable, developer-friendly API suite.
