Guide Sysdig deployments and architecture on Kubernetes and cloud platforms, run business reviews, lead workshops, map outcomes to technical capabilities, support renewals and expansion, identify/mitigate risks, troubleshoot environments, and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to drive value and mentor junior team members.

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to deliver a next-gen CSPM product. Drive cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, enforce delivery rigor, design cloud-native multitenant microservices, adopt Claude Code AI workflows, implement AI-driven automation and CI/CD, and remain hands-on to unblock technical milestones while conducting performance development.
