Establish QMS elements, provide GMP and regulatory oversight (IND/CTA, CTD Module 3, NDA/BLA), manage CDMO and clinical supply quality, support inspection readiness, and hire/coach a Development Quality team while partnering cross-functionally to mitigate quality risks.

Lead development-stage quality for radiopharmaceutical programs: oversee CDMO/CMO GMP compliance, batch release, QMS processes (deviations, CAPA, change control), regulatory quality inputs, supplier audits, and mentor junior quality staff to support IND-stage programs across jurisdictions.

Lead CMC strategies and cross-functional execution for commercial and pre-commercial radiopharmaceutical programs from Phase 3 handoff through regulatory filing, launch readiness, and lifecycle management. Coordinate internal teams and CDMO/CMO partners, manage timelines, budgets, dashboards, risks, deliverables, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, facilitate development-to-commercial handoffs, provide senior leadership updates, and improve CMC processes.

The Global Product Development Lead at Telix Pharmaceuticals will oversee the development of late-stage radiopharmaceuticals, coordinating clinical, regulatory, and commercial efforts while managing risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Drive territory sales and business development for radiopharmaceutical products. Manage accounts, present clinical product information, support product launches, prepare sales reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales targets.
