Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Perform legal research and drafting, provide coverage advice, collaborate with partners and clients, and meet a 1,900-hour annual billable requirement.

Provide insurance coverage defense: evaluate policies, perform legal research, draft opinions/briefs/pleadings, represent insurer clients in court and depositions, collaborate with partners and manage deadlines while meeting a 1,900-hour billable requirement.
