Manage a small multidisciplinary team, set OSP design standards, validate contractor deliverables, oversee permitting/ROW, coordinate DAS/CBRS/Private 5G, and ensure clean as-built handover to operations while managing vendors, schedules, and QA/QC.

Lead Inside Plant engineering for data center campuses, managing a small specialist team and owning structured cabling, racks, pathways, MDF/IDF, in-building signal and life-safety systems from design through construction, commissioning, and as-built handover. Drive contractor performance, QA/QC, standards compliance (TIA, NEC, NFPA), acceptance testing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure code-compliant, schedule-certain delivery.

Lead finance for hyperscale and AI data center development, construction, and operations. Own FP&A, cost management, controllership, forecasting, capital allocation, and investment analysis. Build scalable controls, systems, and reporting; partner cross-functionally with design, construction, procurement, legal, and accounting. Oversee tax incentives, vendor and commercial decisions, and present recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee. Hire and scale the finance team to support disciplined growth.
