Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, construction, commissioning, and operations to ensure manufacturing readiness and successful launch. Maintain program documentation, track issues, drive mitigations, and improve program processes. Travel to supplier, manufacturing, lab, and project sites (25-40%).

The Senior Acoustics Engineer is responsible for acoustic design, noise compliance assessments, and defining noise control measures for BTM power generation and battery energy storage systems at data centers.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will design gas generation systems, develop design standards, coordinate with utilities, and oversee vendor integration for BTM solutions.

Lead Inside Plant engineering for data center campuses, managing a small specialist team and owning structured cabling, racks, pathways, MDF/IDF, in-building signal and life-safety systems from design through construction, commissioning, and as-built handover. Drive contractor performance, QA/QC, standards compliance (TIA, NEC, NFPA), acceptance testing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure code-compliant, schedule-certain delivery.
