Own the front end of the sales funnel: qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting, schedule meetings, maintain Salesforce records, research target accounts, and meet activity and pipeline goals to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Lead SEO and AEO strategy across website content, landing pages, technical optimization, and organic visibility. Develop and execute content strategies, manage Webflow site updates, improve page performance and technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, page speed, schema), and coordinate agencies and freelancers to drive qualified organic engagement and conversions.

Lead operating expense planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Build financial models, analyze variances, track headcount and spend, and partner with department leaders. Support cash flow forecasting, KPI/dashboard development, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Rev Ops, BI, and People. Gain exposure to SaaS metrics and strategic finance initiatives.

Embed with Sales and SDR teams to improve pipeline hygiene, forecasting, Salesforce configuration, and reporting. Build analyses and models, manage cross-functional operational projects and roadmaps, optimize sales processes, and enable data-driven revenue decisions to support new business acquisition and funding efforts.
