Manages and grows a portfolio of insurance agency territories through sales strategies, business development, agency diagnostics, relationship building, and performance planning. The role onboards and supports agencies, negotiates with partners, identifies cross-selling opportunities, collaborates with Product and Underwriting teams, and uses analytics and digital tools to drive profitable growth. This outside sales position requires living within the assigned territory and traveling up to 75% of the time.

Leads personal insurance sales and distribution strategy across an assigned territory. Manages, hires, coaches, and develops Regional Sales Directors and sales executives; builds agency partnerships and distribution networks; drives profitable growth; monitors performance, competition, regulation, pricing, and business results; and adjusts strategies using data. Requires extensive insurance sales and management experience, frequent travel, and relocation.
