Repairs and services bicycles, completing more than half of the team’s repairs while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality. Handles complex repairs, uses professional bicycle-service tools, solves technical problems, and communicates effectively with teammates. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, self-motivation, hospitality, and a commitment to learning new bicycle service methods and technologies. Customer interaction is minimal, with occasional potential travel to other Trek stores.

Provide hospitality-first retail sales support at a Trek store: advise customers on bikes/products, build relationships, meet needs, and cultivate a client base. Training provided for product knowledge.

Drive sales growth for Trek, Electra, and Bontrager within an assigned territory by building retailer relationships, coaching store teams, managing forecasts and inventory, onboarding new dealers, analyzing performance, and representing the brand at events and demos.

Support accountants by entering sales, COGS, deposits and inventory transactions into accounting software; perform bank, credit card and loan reconciliations; enter and match invoices to receiving activity; research discrepancies; code transactions to GL and provide ongoing support to the accounting team and retail clients.
