The Vice President of Marketing will lead Truveta’s end-to-end marketing strategy, including product marketing, growth, demand generation, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, competitive intelligence, and product launches. The role will build and lead a world-class marketing organization, develop scalable demand engines, support pricing and packaging, strengthen the brand, measure marketing performance, and partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Communications to drive growth and commercialize AI- and data-driven products.

Own major components of Truveta’s normalization platform, designing and scaling reliable, secure, cloud-native backend services. Build distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and multi-tenant services using modern cloud platforms. Balance privacy, security, and reliability while mentoring junior engineers, guiding workstreams, and evolving platform architecture for growing healthcare data volumes and sources.

Build reliable, secure, and scalable backend software, including automated ETL pipelines across multiple data sources. Design distributed systems, cloud services, data pipelines, and APIs while balancing privacy, security, and reliability. Collaborate with internal users to understand requirements, guide workstreams, mentor junior developers, and support cross-platform, multi-tenant systems on modern cloud-native platforms.

Analyze large-scale electronic health record and real-world data using SQL, R, and Python. Scope requests, produce research studies and results, write Databricks SQL regex queries, support customers, investigate data sources, collaborate on peer-reviewed publications, and create enablement materials for researchers.

Design, implement, and operate large-scale distributed data processing pipelines and ETL systems for healthcare data. Contribute across the software lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, debug production distributed-system issues, and apply cloud-native and DevOps practices to ensure reliable, performant data processing at scale.

Own strategic healthcare and life sciences customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, research execution, renewals, and expansion. Guide customers through clinical data and real-world evidence workflows, translate research goals into requirements and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide training and executive communications, identify adoption risks, and advise customers on maximizing Truveta’s platform value.

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud-native backend systems for unstructured data and AI workloads. Partner with platform, security, and ML teams to create microservices, APIs, and data pipelines, deploy large-scale ML models, and deliver self-service capabilities while prioritizing privacy, ethics, and reliability.
