As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical conversations with AI research partners, translate their needs into solutions, manage proof of concepts, and construct a playbook for future engineers.

The Senior AI Solutions Engineer will lead technical discovery, build solutions, own pilot projects, and create a playbook for the enterprise knowledge work domain. Responsibilities include engaging with research partners, designing evaluations, and translating goals into deliverables while ensuring successful prototype demonstrations before contract signing.

Founding pre-sales Field Engineering role selling STEM datasets, benchmarks, graders, and expert services to frontier AI labs. Lead technical discovery, design solution architectures, build prototypes/demos, run POCs to conversion, interface between GTM and R&D, and codify playbooks and demo libraries to scale STEM opportunities.

Lead end-to-end GenAI projects for enterprise clients: manage client relationships, select use-cases, provide technical direction, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee delivery planning and execution, ensure documentation and ROI, and mitigate risks to scale POCs into production.

As a Software Engineering evaluator, you will curate code examples and evaluate AI-generated code for efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven solutions.

Lead and scale end-to-end operations for a global talent platform, covering sourcing and matching, contractor lifecycle management, payments and compliance, and support operations. Partner with Product, Data, Legal, and Finance to build automated, metrics-driven workflows and systems that improve onboarding, allocation, payment accuracy, and issue resolution at scale.

Own and optimize the MarTech stack (primarily HubSpot), manage HubSpot-Salesforce integration and lead lifecycle, run campaign operations and email execution, ensure data hygiene and attribution, build reporting dashboards, and enable cross-functional teams with scalable processes and documentation.
