Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Coursera’s AI-driven search experience. Lead conversational search, personalization, semantic and multilingual search, ranking, and discovery improvements. Partner with engineering, design, research, data science, ML, marketing, and partnerships teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities. Use experimentation, market analysis, KPIs, and customer insights to improve conversion, merchandising, learner experience, and revenue.

Chief of Staff to the Enterprise GM, responsible for developing multi-year strategies, aligning executives and functions, improving operating models and governance, and leading complex organizational transformation. The role provides executive counsel, synthesizes cross-functional insights, guides resource allocation, strengthens collaboration, and addresses systemic organizational challenges. Success requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, organizational design expertise, executive presence, and experience driving results in B2B, preferably SaaS, revenue organizations.

Serve as a senior privacy legal subject matter expert supporting global privacy compliance, primarily for Udemy. Advise on U.S. and international privacy laws, privacy impact assessments, AI and cybersecurity issues, incidents, data subject requests, regulatory inquiries, product counseling, and privacy program development. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Product, Engineering, and Information Security teams, advise senior leadership, and mentor colleagues.
