Leads building engineering operations, maintenance, reliability, safety, compliance, and emergency response. Oversees HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems; manages preventive maintenance, contractors, inventory, documentation, QA/QC, and infrastructure assessments. Supervises, trains, and develops engineering and maintenance staff while supporting regulatory compliance, asset performance, work orders, and client needs.

Plans and schedules preventative and corrective facilities maintenance, prioritizes work orders, dispatches technicians, coordinates vendors, tracks SLAs, processes invoices, manages CMMS requests, prepares operational reports, supports inspections and continuous improvement, and provides administrative assistance to site leadership.

Oversee facility operations, maintenance, engineering services, capital projects, budgets, vendors, compliance, and emergency preparedness across a life sciences facilities portfolio. Lead engineers and maintenance teams, manage building systems and preventive maintenance programs, establish SOPs and KPIs, support infrastructure planning, and drive efficiency, sustainability, reliability, and safety improvements.
