Drive new corporate and commercial banking relationships in the technology sector by prospecting, engaging decision-makers, delivering tailored banking solutions, building pipeline, collaborating with internal teams for onboarding, representing the bank at events, and meeting aggressive new-business targets to grow revenue and market share.

Develops profitable business account relationships, acquires new clients, and expands existing portfolios. Presents business card and payment solutions, prospects new opportunities, manages sales pipelines, and builds referral networks. Conducts consultative discovery, credit analysis, and financial assessments while negotiating and closing deals. Partners with internal teams to retain and grow customers, manages CRM activity, and maintains strong follow-up and execution discipline. Requires local, regional, and some national travel.

Provide remote technical support by responding to end-user inquiries and resolving issues with telecommunications networks, hardware, and core business applications. Isolate problems, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, follow up with users, and maintain documentation.

Develop and grow profitable business card relationships by prospecting and selling payment products to mid-to-large businesses. Conduct consultative discovery and credit/financial assessments, manage pipeline and referrals, partner with internal teams, and travel locally, regionally, and occasionally nationally to close deals and retain portfolio clients.
