The EH&S Manager provides leadership and technical support for EHS compliance and best practices across two plants, conducting audits, training, and reporting.

Prepare and prioritize jobs for blasting operations, select media per specs, complete required paperwork, follow PPE and safety protocols, maintain clean work area, properly dispose hazardous waste, and perform other assigned shop duties.

Trainee in a documented NDT training program performing nondestructive testing under direct observation of Level 2/3. Will not make acceptance decisions or conduct independent tests. Participate in multi-shift schedules, gain method-specific experience, and follow safety and company procedures.

Prepare and secure parts on racks for processing, un-rack and inspect finished parts, complete required paperwork, follow PPE and safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, perform basic math, and communicate effectively.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate new aerospace programs from contract award through production readiness. Plan milestones, assess risks, set up part numbers/routings/work instructions, ensure AS9100/NADCAP and customer compliance, track KPIs (on-time delivery, yield, cost), support customer communications, and assist capacity planning across Seattle and Everett facilities.

The role involves prioritizing jobs, selecting media per specifications, completing paperwork, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and disposing of hazardous waste appropriately.

The Masker processes parts per work orders, ensures integrity of parts, manages hazardous materials, and completes necessary paperwork while following safety regulations.
