Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepares journal entries, GAAP-compliant financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports. Maintains fixed assets, intercompany accounting, revenue and deferred revenue records, policies, and documentation. Supports audits, compliance requests, stakeholder inquiries, and process improvements involving ERP optimization and automation.

Build and operate governed, production-grade AI and LLM systems across Velsera’s products and business functions. The role covers multi-cloud model serving, MLOps and LLMOps, evaluation, governance, security, auditability, RAG, agentic workflows, and enterprise integrations. This senior individual contributor will establish reusable AI platform patterns, deliver customer-facing and internal capabilities, support regulated environments, and guide build-versus-buy decisions while collaborating with engineering, product, security, compliance, scientific, and commercial teams.

Manage strategically important customer accounts and help clients achieve outcomes using Velsera solutions. Build success plans, monitor customer health and KPIs, provide solution guidance, advocate for customers internally, manage escalations, support expansion opportunities, and oversee renewals. The role requires strong customer-facing communication, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with clinical diagnostics or life sciences software. Genomics and clinical laboratory experience, especially Next Generation Sequencing, are preferred.

Leads architecture, delivery, production operations, reliability, modernization, and engineering organization across three regulated product lines. Establishes technical standards, governs infrastructure and CI/CD, owns SLOs and incident improvement, advances federated data and governed AI capabilities, and modernizes clinical and diagnostic platforms. Manages distributed teams across India and Serbia, develops leadership depth, makes architecture decisions, reviews code and infrastructure, and partners with security, compliance, quality, product, customers, funders, and auditors.

Sell Velsera's life-sciences SaaS and genomics solutions to pharma, biotech, CROs, and academic medical centers. Develop new business, manage complex $1M+ enterprise deals, build account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally to scope solutions, maintain forecasts and pipeline, represent the company at industry events, and support data sourcing for the Global Data Network.
