Prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays and meals for health center residents, set up and break down dining areas, transport hot/cold foods, prepare desserts and salads, maintain sanitation and personal hygiene, attend training, and perform other duties as assigned. Role requires frequent standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, pushing/pulling carts up to 50 lbs, and empathy for older adults.

Serve as onsite financial steward for a senior living community: manage accounting, billing, resident financial support, AP, GL maintenance, reconciliations, payroll interfaces, systems data (PCC/C3LinC), and partner with regional finance and COEs to provide financial insights and support department leaders.

Assist residents with personal care focused on showers, bathing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care, vitals, and laundry. Document shift tasks, communicate with staff and families, provide activities, and respond to call lights and emergencies.

Manage daily dining room operations for a senior living community: lead and train serving staff, create schedules, maintain cleanliness and food presentation standards, serve residents, set/clear tables, and assist with dishwashing as needed.
