Support new and existing VIP clients through onboarding, answer program questions, coordinate coach-client assignments, resolve issues, and maintain engagement. Identify retention, renewal, and program expansion opportunities while providing responsive, empathetic service. Collaborate with customer success, coaching, leadership, and operations teams, participate in required meetings, and support clients through email, phone, and text.

Convert qualified prospects into high-ticket VIP clients via 45-minute Zoom consultations. Manage a high-volume pipeline in HubSpot, meet sales KPIs, handle enrollment and payments, perform follow-up, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams in a fully remote, high-performance environment.

Own end-to-end call funnel strategy and execution: design funnels (VSL opt-in, webinar-to-call, direct-to-application), lead creative and copy, and run media buying. Full ownership of performance and iteration; expected to drive results and scale.
