Provides remote administrative and customer-service support including calendar and email management, document and spreadsheet preparation, data entry, CRM updates, scheduling, travel arrangements, basic social media support, research, and communication with clients and vendors while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Accurately enter, update, organize, and maintain company information in databases, spreadsheets, and records. Verify and correct data, process invoices and documents, scan and organize files, prepare basic reports, and support other departments while maintaining confidentiality and meeting accuracy and productivity targets.
