Provide holistic, student-centered career advising focused on internships and experiential learning. Coach students and alumni on job search, applications, resumes, interviews, and salary negotiation; deliver virtual workshops; liaise with colleges and employer relations; support administration and scaling of work-based learning programs; contribute to departmental projects and initiatives; perform related administrative duties. Occasional travel required.

Administer and coordinate military and veteran education benefit programs, submit attendance certifications, verify eligibility, liaise with VA and military entities, maintain compliant student records, and process payments and invoices to support military-affiliated students.

Lead and operate WGU's internal coaching program: manage a coaching team, deliver ICF-certified coach training, partner with People & Talent and Learning Design, define success metrics, ensure ICF standards and credentialing, drive process improvements, and support coach program relationships with senior leaders to enhance employee experience.
