Leads Ting Labs’ direct-to-consumer growth strategy and marketing operations foundation. Owns customer acquisition, media investment, brand and performance marketing, experimentation, measurement, attribution, dashboards, marketing technology, data integrations, and operational processes. Partners cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Engineering, Finance, agencies, and technology vendors to optimize growth performance and investment decisions.

Leads B2B content strategy, sales enablement, and content operations to support revenue growth and partner engagement. Creates case studies, white papers, presentations, collateral, website content, and thought leadership materials. Maintains enablement libraries, coordinates cross-functional production, supports events and partner initiatives, and measures content performance. Translates complex technical concepts into compelling business messaging while managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder reviews.

Manage customer data-product programs from kickoff through launch and ongoing operation. Coordinate onboarding, product and data access, documentation, training, launch readiness, recurring reviews, issue resolution, reporting, and customer success. Serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and subject-matter experts. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, adoption, feedback, and outcomes, and help customers derive value from Ting’s utility data products.

Build and grow Ting Data Services markets across utilities, public safety, government, commercial, and insurance sectors. Generate and close complex B2B and public-sector opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and channels, lead solution selling, manage pilots and procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain pipeline forecasts. Translate technical data products into business value while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop reliable systems for IoT fleet management, create user interfaces, and support data engineering tasks.

Lead consumer product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ting's sensor and services. Own web/mobile experiences, internal tools for the Fire Safety Team, GTM, distribution expansion, and product ops. Drive discovery, measure impact, and use AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and analysis while partnering across design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.

Design and improve ML training frameworks, modularize experiments, adapt fire-hazard detection algorithms for varied electrical environments, build scalable pipelines for high-frequency sensor data, and develop dashboards and tooling to monitor model performance and drift while collaborating across product, data science, and fire safety teams.
