Transform raw multibeam, singlebeam, and side scan sonar data into accurate bathymetric surfaces and deliverables. Process and QA/QC hydrographic datasets using Qimera, QINSy, and SonarWiz; export and integrate results into Civil 3D and GIS; support seabed characterization, SLAM/GNSS-denied workflows, and project coordination to meet schedule and technical requirements.

Leads aviation geospatial projects, client relationships, business development, project delivery, quality reviews, financial performance, and contract negotiations. Advises airport clients on GIS, BIM, UAS, mobile mapping, CAD, and aeronautical data solutions while managing project metrics and supporting industry partnerships, presentations, and thought leadership.

Leads complex, high-value proposal pursuits from strategy through submission and debrief. Advises executives on pursuit selection, capture strategy, go/no-go decisions, risk mitigation, and win strategies. Establishes proposal governance, standards, compliance processes, and review plans; facilitates executive reviews and client presentations. Oversees portfolio performance, process improvement, quality assurance, and proposal technology. Mentors proposal staff, develops talent, monitors win trends, and represents the proposal function in strategic planning and business development forums.

Lead complex federal proposal submissions from solicitation analysis through final delivery. Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating technical content and reviews, ensuring compliance and QA/QC, supporting capture planning and win themes, researching ERP data, preparing shortlist interviews, improving proposal processes, and mentoring coordinators and interns. The role requires federal contracting vehicle expertise, strong communication and organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.

Architects, documents, and improves enterprise business processes spanning lead generation, business development, project delivery, billing, revenue recognition, and cash application. Partners with business, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders to create process maps, governance standards, transformation roadmaps, and future-state designs. Facilitates workshops, identifies risks and control gaps, supports ERP modernization, evaluates workflow improvements, and develops executive-ready recommendations and documentation. Travel up to 10% is required.

Lead the General Ledger Accounting team and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Ensure US GAAP compliance, support financial and government audits (DCAA/DCMA), strengthen controls, standardize processes, maintain accounting policies, and drive continuous improvement across accounting operations.
