Build and operate production AI agents that automate multi-step workflows across internal teams. Responsibilities include integrating agents with internal systems and third-party tools, deploying on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, creating evaluation and observability frameworks, implementing guardrails, measuring impact, and establishing reusable agent-development patterns. The role also requires partnering with nontechnical teams, translating ambiguous workflows into reliable automation, documenting solutions, and driving adoption.

Own full-cycle sales for mid-market film and television production accounts, from prospecting through close. Develop personalized multichannel outreach, conduct demos and onsite meetings, manage complex 3–12 month deal cycles, maintain accurate forecasting, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with Demand Generation, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps while using AI tools for research, outreach personalization, call preparation, and pipeline management.
