Coordinate daily office and workplace operations, including front desk services, visitor management, facilities, safety, events, purchasing, vendors, inventory, fleet records, company housing, and guest support. Manage invoices, budgets, mail, communications, onboarding setups, and administrative processes while partnering with employees, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Provide occasional after-hours support and continuously improve workplace operations.

Lead brand marketing strategy and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue. Build long-term brand architecture, manage agencies, partner cross-functionally, mentor the Brand team, and measure campaign performance to inform future planning and demand generation.
