Leads and expands channel partner ecosystems across the US and EMEA. The role drives partner revenue through CARR commitments, joint go-to-market plans, pipeline management, partner recruitment, enablement, contract negotiation, forecasting, and executive relationship management. It also coordinates with Direct Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align strategy and incorporate market feedback.

Lead and scale the Customer Success organization for a B2B SaaS company. Own retention, renewals, customer health, adoption, value realization, forecasting, and expansion opportunities. Build scalable lifecycle programs, segmentation, playbooks, operating processes, and KPI frameworks while recruiting and developing high-performing teams. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Professional Services to improve customer outcomes and represent the customer across the company.

Design, build, and lead a scalable, configuration-driven data integration platform. Improve performance, automate monitoring and deployments, provide escalated support, and collaborate across product and engineering to deliver reliable, secure data integrations.
