The Community Engagement Manager will lead outreach, build relationships with local stakeholders, manage community programs, and communicate Zipline's impact effectively.

Identify and qualify prospective sites for drone operations through high-volume outbound outreach, research, and relationship-building. Maintain pipeline in CRM, coordinate site visits, support negotiations and transaction processes, and advance opportunities toward signed agreements while tracking metrics and contributing to sourcing improvements.

Lead local government engagement to enable Zipline launches and operations: build relationships with city and state officials, monitor local policy, coordinate site visits and events, collaborate cross-functionally on permitting and land use, manage outreach and advocacy, and represent the company at public meetings and industry events.

Manage state-level government relations, public policy functions, and advocacy for Zipline, overseeing lobbyists and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
