Zonar’s 401(k) retirement plan offers a wide range of investment options, including stocks, bonds, and international index funds, with a company match of up to 4%.

Offers life insurance

Zonar provides employer-paid life insurance coverage of $100,000 and AD&D coverage of $100,000.

Offers disability insurance

Zonar's disability insurance benefit is 60% of an employee's annual salary up to a 1,500 maximum weekly payout for Short Term and $6,000 maximum weekly for Long Term.
