Builds pipelines, forecasts accurately, engages executive stakeholders, and orchestrates solution architects, services teams, OEMs, ISVs, and channel partners. Sells digital workplace, networking, security, cloud, data center, managed services, professional services, and staffing solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers. Requires up to 50% travel.

Manages enterprise client relationships to ensure measurable value from technology investments. Develops success plans, tracks adoption and customer health, facilitates business reviews, resolves barriers, and drives retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Partners with executives, sales, architects, delivery teams, and technology manufacturers across cloud, networking, security, and managed services environments. Uses customer data to identify risks, communicate business insights, document outcomes, and support revenue growth.
