About The Team

The Subsplash Finance Team is a growing team focused on keeping the company running efficiently and effectively. We are detail oriented, analytical number crunchers, and love improving processes (not to mention a good spreadsheet!). We rely on each other’s areas of expertise across finance, accounting, and data analysis. About the Role

As the Billing Operations Specialist you will report to the Billing Manager and support the company’s billing and payment collections functions. You will be responsible for serving our clients through phone and email correspondence to address and answer questions or concerns. You will also complete other clerical tasks related to maintaining accounts receivable records for Subsplash, including accurately updating and maintaining all client accounts. Your contribution to the team will help drive towards excellence in the accounts receivable function.  

Your Priorities 

• Respond to customer inquiries through written and verbal communication
• Record client payments accurately within all accounting systems
• Manage upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and other client account adjustments 
• Process and support new client sign ups 
• Work with internal teams to resolve client questions and concerns 
• Resolve client account discrepancies between systems
• Maintain non-pay processes to collect payment from our non-pay customers
• Maintain and support legacy billing systems as needed
• Support and execute month end tasks
• Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

• 1-3 years data entry or clerical experience
• 1-3 years of customer service experience 
• Acute attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to prioritize competing tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Friendly and professional towards team members and clients
• Desire to serve faith-based organizations
• Accepts responsibility, accountability and takes pride in their work
• Excel skills is a plus 
• Experience working with accounts receivables is a plus
• Undergraduate degree in business is a plus
