About The Role
Highspot is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Sales Compensation team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-funded company in hyper-growth mode. This is a critical and highly visible role that will work cross functionally to drive success in a high-energy, rapidly growing company. You are curious, flexible, passionate, and detail-oriented. You are able to drive strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to get things done. This is a hands-on position assisting with the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures that allow Highspot to continue to rapidly scale.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of commission payments.
- Interact and communicate with sales representatives and sales management to resolve questions and become a trusted advisor to our Sales team.
- Process corrections and adjustments in a timely manner utilizing Xactly.
- Support ad hoc projects and requests.
- Formally document all commission processes and develop training materials related to those processes.
- Be a resource for commission policy and processes across the company.
- Seek to simplify, streamline, and automate commission processes.
- Create and issue compensation plans and quota letters to the global sales organization.
Your Background
- 3+ years of related work experience in a sales compensation or sales operations position, preferably in a SaaS business.
- Strong attention to detail and a ‘Details Matter’ mentality.
- Knowledge of MS Excel required, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with macros & VBA are a strong plus.
- Xactly experience is a strong plus.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the company.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle, Netsuite, Intacct, etc.).
