Role Description

We’re looking for a world class Recruiter to join our recruiting team. Recruiters attract and assess and hire qualified candidates. You will help to identify and attract the best and brightest talent in for our GCO/G&A teams. You’ll own hiring targets, partner with a selection of key stakeholders across our GCO and G&A organizations, and help us creatively evolve how we attract, hire and create an unforgettable experience for every candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and hire Dropboxers for a wide range of roles across our business organizations
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key partners across the organizations to understand their hiring objectives and develop targeted recruiting strategies 
  • Design and execute individualized full-cycle staffing plans for assigned hiring teams
  • Craft and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find and engage passive talent
  • Consistently generate a balanced pipeline of high quality candidates 
  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates at all levels
  • Bring candidates through the process and provide them with an exceptional virtual experience

Requirements

  • Previous In house full cycle recruiting experience required (SaaS experience would be great but not a requirement!)
  • You love finding and connecting with potential future new hires and connecting them with the right opportunity at Dropbox
  • Creative and resourceful in solving problems throughout the recruiting process - from building pipeline to closing
  • You are insightful and have a knack for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume
  • Adaptability is key in this role, you are agile and relish the opportunity to take on new challenges and learning opportunities
  • You have an ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels 
  • Extraordinary teamwork and multi-tasking skills

Additional Perks + Benefits

In order to be successful in our Virtual First environment we needed to make changes that would allow employees to have more control over both where and how they work. Therefore, we embrace “non-linear workdays” with defined core collaboration hours that overlap across time zones.
