Recruiting Coordinator
We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a quickly growing technology company every day is busy and challenging and you'll have the opportunity to work with people across the organization. If you're highly-driven to succeed and are interested in recruiting, we'll help you to learn and develop from day one.
Primary Responsibilities
• Identify candidates for entry-level roles and take them through the recruiting process start to finish
• Work closely with local and remote hiring managers to fulfill their hiring needs
• Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and occasionally arranging travel for visiting candidates
• Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing interview materials
• Manage weekly job postings
• Provide offer letters to candidates per approval process
• Process new hire background checks and new hire drug screens
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proven time management, organization, and communication skills
• Superb customer focus and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
