Senior Manager, Global Recruiting Programs - Location Flexible

As we look to build upon our foundation for scale and continued growth, we are looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the VP, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will drive the strategic planning and operations programs for Dropbox’s Talent Acquisition team. You’ll work in close partnership with our Talent Acquisition Leadership team to help define and evolve our strategy and the portfolio of projects and programs for the function. You will lead a team of Program Managers to operationalize strategic initiatives from ideation through execution ensuring high impact and leverage for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and drive key strategic programs that support our global TA team from discovery to implementation by developing project plans and timelines, and collaborating with internal and external resources
- Oversee the core operational processes for the TA team including team communications, executive updates, QBRs, recruiting leadership team meetings/offsites, etc.
- Serve as the right hand to the Head of Talent Acquisition and operational partner for the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies along with the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Work closely with People Analytics to develop meaningful reporting and insights that can both inform the TA roadmap and be shared with both the business and the talent acquisition team
- Stay up to date with trends in the industry and identify innovative ways to improve our hiring capabilities and candidate experience
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive work experience with 5+ years of experience leading program management and operations with a deep understanding of the Recruiting function
- Strong leadership skills with 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams
- Ability to evaluate, develop and implement operational improvements within an ever changing complex environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey project strategies and goals
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on operational rigor
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to identify scalable solutions, set objectives and drive change management
