About the Role 

The Revenue Operations team at Highspot is at the intersection of Marketing, Account Development, Sales, Services, Finance, and Accounting. Revenue Operations encompasses Platforms, Analytics, and Execution. The Revenue Operations - Platforms team manages the project prioritization and framing, evaluation, implementation, administration, infrastructure, security, and optimization of all go-to-market tools and technology. 


We are growing fast and are looking to add to the team a Revenue Operations - Intern who is eager to learn and is wanting to make a positive impact at a growing organization. This role will work closely with our Revenue Platform Business Partners, Salesforce Administrators, and other key stakeholders to help improve the operational workflows and processes across our business. 


In this role, you will also help support multiple GTM tools that interface with our Marketing and Sales processes. You will collaborate with Revenue Platform Business Partners and external stakeholders to optimize system processes, documentation, and support the execution of business initiatives.


What You’ll Do

  • Learn to manage prospect and customer data using various data sources
  • Continuously improve Highspot Marketing Processes including supporting Revenue Platform projects & requests, data clean up and data entry and support intake process & request queues.
  • Help build, test and create documentation for our GTM processes, Marketing Automation and CRM.
  • Help implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Gain experience in leveraging GTM platforms to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support the rapid scaling of our high-growth organization.
  • Help build processes for developing and executing testing, training, and documentation for our GTM platforms.

Your Background

  • Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications
  • Self-starter - you can take an initiative and hit the ground running 
  • Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to track, prioritize and successfully execute on multiple request
  • Team player with a strong desire to learn and an ambitious professional drive
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative

Location

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
