How You'll Make An Impact

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive OEM Program Manager to lead all aspects of our OEM partner program and cross-organizational projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel or sales operations, project management, and partnership development. This role is critical in driving the success of our OEM business by actively promoting and championing the OEM business through training and awareness initiatives, facilitating product feedback loops, and coordinating strategic projects to unlock revenue opportunities and support partner growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute the OEM partner program strategy, including enablement initiatives, product feedback processes, and revenue expansion efforts.

  • Coordinate recurring enablement sessions for internal teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively engage with OEM partners.

  • Program manage efforts to unlock revenue opportunities within existing OEM accounts, collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and pursue expansion opportunities.

  • Project manage key demand generation programs aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth within the OEM partner ecosystem.

  • Work closely with Partner Success and Professional Services teams to identify, define and rollout OEM success and services initiatives, ensuring alignment with partner needs and business objectives.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and OEM partners, fostering strong relationships and driving collaboration to achieve mutual success.

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in channel or sales operations, channel programs, project management, or program management, preferably in the technology/software industry.

  • Proven track record of success in partnership development, program management, and driving cross-functional projects to successful outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of partnership dynamics, alliance management principles, and revenue expansion strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Passionate about driving growth and success for partners and clients alike.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $104,000 - $130,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
