Job Description
The Role:
Our team is expanding and we’re looking for an Operations Director with 15+ years of agency experience - either in-house or at a creative agency.
The ideal candidate should have experience across agency operations, project management, capacity planning and resource management. They should be a creative problem solver with a strong ability to partner with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Reimagine the way we operate holistically - reducing pain points and removing silos
- Establishing practices that will ensure projects and teams are properly staffed and running effectivity (including capacity planning)
- Proactively build new processes and identify process optimization opportunities
- Project manage complex work streams and manage stakeholders seamlessly
- Partner with VP to scope and prioritize projects with key stakeholders on a quarterly basis
- Financial/budget management
- Lead and grow the Operations team
- Challenge the current model and implement improvements in a quick fashion
Qualifications
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to offer resolutions even in ambiguous situations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the EQ needed to guide teams through change and the roll-out of new ways of working
- Highly detailed oriented
- Client-service minded
- Culture builder
