As the company expands, EagleView is seeking to hire a smart, motivated, senior-level Director, Partner Strategy –Government. In this position, you will have the opportunity to drive partner strategy and execution for the entire Government business unit. You will be a catalyst for growth by helping to build and maintain a strong ecosystem of third-party partner firms in support of EagleView's strategy. This position reports directly to the President, Government Solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Source and recommend new technology and product partners, integration partners, market partners, and delivery partners
- Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to increase Government business unit revenue and profitability
- Provide a positive experience to our partners - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison
- Analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Drive preference for EagleView within government integration and market partners
- Provide input into product roadmap, acting as "voice of partner" to ensure partner success and competitive differentiation for EagleView
- Actively manage partner ecosystem including monitoring and managing contract requirements and renewals along with internal reporting
- Maintain a partner database to accurately track partner activity in Salesforce
- Support the organization in understanding and ensuring compliance with partner agreements
- Proactively ensure partner contracts are renewed, terminated, or renegotiated as appropriate
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute partner marketing and communications activities
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years' experience in SaaS, imagery, Sales/Business Development, or GIS-related field
- Strong technical aptitude and savvy
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication and willingness to serve internal customers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to collaborate with multiple layers of a growing organization
- Ability to travel up to 20
