Office Manager- Temp (Part Time)
Summary
We are looking for a driven, energetic office manager, who can lead our Operations for our Bellevue team. If you are a tech-savvy admin, with great project management skills who enjoys creating an excellent employee experience and getting things done, we have a great opportunity for you. This is a temporary part time position (50%), expected to last about 4 months starting February 2021.

About the Team
As the Operations Team, vcita’s employees are our priority. We create processes that constantly improve the office efficiency and work hard to maintain our culture. We have a strong team based environment that is also fast paced and very dynamic, especially this year but always, and our Ops team pro’s are here to make everything run smoothly and set up for success. The ideal candidate will be able to easily navigate many platforms, actively contribute to activities and processes planning as well as execute while practicing clear and collaborative communication.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain all aspects of office services including communication tools, IT, office facilities and supplies.
Manage relationships and communication with external consultants, facility management and vendors.
Be responsible for the office expenses and finance administration.
Support HR including the hiring and onboarding process.
Plan and coordinate team events and lunches.
Take an active part in maintaining the office culture and employee well-being, collaborating with the Tel-Aviv office to create a shared vcita experience.

Self-Motivated: Proactive, an owner with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Tech Savvy: A person who enjoys working with both technology and people. Proficient in Google Drive and email tools, and able to comfortably navigate multiple softwares.
Great Communicator: Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Multitasker: Ability to multitask and keep up with a fast-paced growing startup environment, ability to shift priorities quickly.
1-3 years of applicable experience (e.g. Office Manager/Administrator)
College degree in related fields is preferred
Extra credit- admin experience from a startup environment.
Physical requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
