About the Role

The Revenue Operations team at Highspot is a critical function and operates at the intersection of Marketing, Account Development, Sales, Account Management, Services, Finance, and Accounting. The Revenue Operations Team manages project identification, prioritization, framing, evaluation, implementation, administration as well as optimization of all go-to-market technology, process and data (including infrastructure and security).


We are growing fast and are looking to add to the team a Revenue Operations Manager who will partner cross-functionally to build a world-class experience for Highspot’s Services team and managers. The Services team works with customers to define and deliver solutions using Highspot. They play a key role in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships, while driving the adoption of Highspot within the customer’s organization and ensuring that customers get the full benefits of using our platform. This role will work closely with our G&A and Account Management Business Partners, Salesforce Administrators, and other key stakeholders to help improve the operational workflows and processes that support our Services processes.

What You'll Do

  • As the Senior Revenue OperationsManager for Services at Highspot you will help support management of the entire Services business. This is a highly visible role. You will be a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Services Team and you will use data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization across this part of the business. You will partner cross-functionally with Leadership, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and several other stakeholders to optimize Services business processes including how Teams use systems, processes and data, how they operate both independently and dependently in the sales cycle, and how they support Highspot’s sales motions, Service’s customer engagement & adoption motions, and other workflows. More specifically you will:

  • Own the Services Team relationship. Be the key liaison connecting the Revenue Operations Team and the Services Team. Become a trusted thought partner and advisor for Leadership in the Services Organization.
  • Develop a plan to operationalize and scale a new revenue growth organization at Highspot (the Services team). Utilize data to find insights about the business. Present to Leaders. Drive action.
  • Provide domain expertise to support the Service’s team’s operational needs and deeply understand workflow, goals, needs, etc. of the team. Gather business requirements translate into scalable and cohesive solutions. Produce business documents, financial models and operating models.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics for the Services business. Implement management and oversight of those metrics. Provide clear and concise reporting to surface actionable insights to Leadership.
  • Deeply understand data and analytics to 
  • Manage customer data using various sources including Salesforce and Tableau
  • Leverage data to develop and implement strategic plans 
  • Be a liaison for the Services and Revenue Operations Organizations when working cross functionally with other partner teams including Account Management, Customer Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, and Legal.
  • Become an expert in: 
  • Salesforce CRM and related go-to-market tools within 30 days through training, self-study, shadowing customer teams and deep learning with the Rev Ops Team.
  • Highspot’s Services processes and reporting, including supporting the execution of customer initiatives, implementing and managing critical projects, and identifying the downstream implications of changes to GTM processes on reporting and processes across multiple departments. 
  • Primary owner of all Revenue Operations owned Services tools including configuration and maintenance of system interconnectivity and collaborate with GTM Leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize for performance, including managing the following:
  • Evaluate and select new systems. Monitor & drive adoption of GTM tool and processes.
  • Manage and troubleshoot tools used by internal teams. Manage intake process & request queues.
  • Create Salesforce reports to support fast-changing initiatives. Support ad-hoc Revenue Operations projects.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.


Your Background

  • 7+ years of experience working in strategy, operations, analytics within a Technology company (SaaS company is a bonus). 
  • Very strong communication skills (both written and verbal). 
  • Ability to absorb large amounts of information, distill it and visualize it to tell a story.
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to Leadership. Ability to cover a range of activities; from C-level presentations to hands-on, process improvement with Revenue Operations team members.
  • Ability to create a performance- and metrics-focused culture.
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market teams, including Sales (Services Teams are a bonus).
  • A very thorough understanding of traditional B2B services, implementation, customer health & metrics, professional services 
  • Experience scaling Services/Customer Success tools for optimize
