If so, Egencia, an Expedia Group Company, is looking to add to our Salesforce team a dynamic senior salesforce administrator to configure and build business processes within the Salesforce platform. This is a pivotal role, that is critical to the continued success of our business. You will take an innovative, creative approach to designing processes and building solutions within the Salesforce environment. Egencia currently uses Salesforce as an Enterprise-wide solution, for managing Leads to Customer Service and everything in-between.

What You Will Do:

  • Build customized solutions in Salesforce that supports business requirements and processes
  • Update our current Salesforce environment according to new feature requests from the business
  • Translate complex business requirements into logical, technical solutions in Salesforce
  • Interpret business requirements to identify technology and operational implications
  • You will take part in architecture and design discussions to promote consistency to Salesforce development methodologies
  • Create technical specification documentation
  • Clearly communicate project status to key partners throughout entire development process
  • Help solve technical issues for our business partners by troubleshooting and engaging with the team for a resolution
  • Actively research new technology trends and share insights with your team

 

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator implementing and configuring Salesforce solutions for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading Salesforce transformation projects
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required and (ADM-211 or ADM-301) preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field and experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering quality solutions in Salesforce
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce system capabilities and implementation of best practices
  • Solid sense of customer focus and the importance of the voice of the customer

  • Communicates authentically and has a strong business sense
