Talent Insights Team
The Talent Insights Team leverages data to help leaders and other stakeholders across ServiceNow make better decisions about people. The Role
You will play a lead role in managing our employee survey operations—from survey intake and administration, to coordinating with internal partners and external vendors to ensure success as we implement our employee survey strategy. Your work as a member of the Survey Center of Excellence will help drive our effectiveness at using the Voice of the Employee to ensure that ServiceNow continues to be a great place to work and continues to improve the employee experience and operations in line with company core goals and values.
Responsibilities:
Staff intake of requests related to employee surveys and resulting insights
Apply content design and survey framework skills to help ensure high functionality and usability across survey implementation
Manage employee survey launch operations with minimal guidance
Carry out project manager and administrator responsibilities along prioritized survey programs and tools (overseeing survey projects from start to finish)
Coordinate cross-functionally and with survey vendors to implement new survey workflows
Partner with HR centers of excellence to scale core employee survey programs (including overseeing operations, reporting, and training other staff, as needed)
Play a supporting role in regular metrics reporting and insights delivery out to key business stakeholders
Serve as a member of our enterprise Survey Center of Excellence, implementing surveys in a manner consistent with our enterprise polices, but also with a focus on improving survey workflows, documentation, efficiency, and impact—while protecting employee data privacy and building employee trust
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Bachelors’ degree in a field related to survey research (e.g., Social Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology) preferred
Content domain experiences related to employee surveys and/or user experience design
3-5+ years of related professional experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience related to project management in HR / survey administration preferred
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Expertise in Excel, with past experience administering survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp), and leveraging HRIS data highly preferred
